Bodywork is a holistic approach to physical, mental and emotional well-being that focuses on the connection between the body and mind. I teach people to become more aware of their body through touch, movement and sensory awareness. Through various techniques such as breathing lessons, awareness training and other forms of body-centered therapy, I aim to help individuals release tension and pain, improve posture, and increase overall body awareness. Bodywork can be an effective way to support healing, reduce stress, and promote overall health and balance.
